I worked for more than ten years in a multinational environment, in various coordinator-leadership roles. I was responsible for topics like strategic planning, gamification, internal communication, innovation, and employer branding.

I have been working as a coach since 2010. In 2012 I was granted ACC by the International Coach Federation (ICF), PCC in 2017 and MCC in 2021. I started with one-to-one coaching sessions, but later moved on to different forms of developing groups via a wide range of methods including facilitation, action learning, training, group and team coaching.

I support leaders, key talents, teams and organizations to step ahead and to handle the challenges they are facing.
