Are you a multinational or SME constantly facing challenges in ensuring the effective performance of your leaders and teams?
Are you a multinational or SME constantly facing challenges in ensuring the effective performance of your leaders and teams?
- Leaders often feel uncertain in their roles and lack the tools to navigate constant change.
- Team alignment is weak.
- Organizational structures are rigid and tend to hinder rather than support performance.
- Internal development professionals do not always meet the expected level of expertise.
Is this resulting in conflict, lower efficiency, rising stress, eroding trust, and declining business results?

Addressing the Challenges of Multinational Organizations
Your key people and leaders are under pressure.
They find it difficult to own their role, shy away from confrontation, withhold feedback, and don’t consistently support the growth of their teams. Much of their work is reactive rather than intentional.
The complexity of today’s environment demands capabilities beyond their previous toolkit.

Strengthening Key Talent and Leaders
Key talent and leaders are supported in stepping fully into their roles.
We align leadership quality with organizational expectations, reinforce accountability, and develop proactivity, constructive confrontation, and change management capabilities.
The result is stronger, more confident leadership and improved organizational performance.
Unlocking the Potential of Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters
There is often significant untapped potential among agile coaches and Scrum Masters. Teams may underperform, team dynamics can suffer, and more complex, organization-wide responsibilities remain out of reach. Advocacy and influence skills may also be limited.
We expand their professional toolkit, strengthen systemic thinking, deepen their understanding of team dynamics, and develop their ability to handle resistance and facilitate effectively.
This enables them to operate with greater confidence and drive higher performance across teams and the wider organization.
Resolving Team Stagnation and Conflict
Teams may experience recurring conflicts and stagnation, leading to lower performance, reduced well-being, ongoing tension, and compromised quality. The team is not performing at its full potential.
We help elevate team functioning to a higher level — resulting in smoother collaboration, stronger outcomes, a healthier climate, and more satisfied employees.
Strengthening Internal Development Capability
Organizations often aim to replace external providers with internal resources. However, internal development professionals may lack the level of expertise, credibility, or trust required.
We develop their coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and broader soft skills so they can operate at a higher professional standard — increasing their credibility, acceptance, and the trust placed in them.
Building Mental Resilience
Employees are experiencing mental fatigue, stress, and burnout.
We support the development of mental resilience and stress management capabilities, helping employees become more resilient, motivated, and engaged in their work.
Addressing the Realities of SMEs
Leadership is frequently driven by intuition rather than deliberate practice. Role awareness is limited, tools for developing others are missing, and attention is consumed by reactive, operational demands..

Strengthening Leadership Capabilities
We expand leaders’ professional toolkit and clarify the expectations tied to their role.
This enables more confident and supportive leadership, improved team performance, and a healthier balance between enjoying the leadership role and staying focused on business goals.
Developing High-Performing Teams
Team collaboration may be inconsistent. Alignment is weak, cooperation is limited, and team members are not fully pulling in the same direction. Working together does not always feel energizing.
We strengthen alignment, foster shared direction, and create a climate where collaboration feels natural and productive — leading to higher performance and improved workplace well-being.
Increasing Structural Clarity and Organizational Efficiency
Organizational structures may lack transparency and clear operating frameworks. This often results in parallel efforts, friction, and rigidity that slow down daily operations and growth.
We support organizations in creating clearer structures, defining roles and responsibilities, and streamlining collaboration. The outcome is smoother daily functioning, greater efficiency, and stronger performance — laying the foundation for sustainable growth.
Designing Structures That Support Change
Change can be difficult to navigate. Existing structures may no longer serve the organization effectively, creating uncertainty, conflict, and a sense of chaos.
We help design more adaptive and transparent structures aligned with evolving realities. By clarifying shifting roles and responsibilities, we enable smoother operations, reduced conflict, and more confident progress toward organizational goals.
Ways We Can Support You
Individual coaching
Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process in a partnership with the client that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
(International Coaching Federation definition)
Who Is It For — and When?
For those who feel ready to move forward with a question or challenge and recognize that progress is faster with the right catalyst. For individuals who value professional support — someone who brings focused attention, expertise, and experience so they, as the coachee, can operate at their very best.
A Few Common Reasons People Turn to a Coach
- You feel stuck in your career and don’t see the next step clearly.
- You struggle to assert yourself — at work or in your personal life.
- You keep experiencing difficult patterns in your relationships: recurring conflicts, feeling overlooked, taken advantage of, or unheard.
- You deeply want something — but don’t know how to begin.
-
And the list could go on.
What matters is this: if there is something calling you forward — or something you are truly tired of — coaching can help you move
Why Work With Us?
- We bring real organizational experience — each of us has spent years working within corporate and organizational environments. We understand how organizations truly operate.
- We are committed to continuous professional development.
- Our work is grounded in the competencies and Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
- As coaches, we have experience across nearly every sector and organizational level — from entry-level professionals to regional and global executives.
- We coach fluently in both Hungarian and English.
Group coaching
Group coaching is a facilitated learning process in which individuals work on their personal development within a group context. Participants bring their own challenges or goals, and, with the support of the coach and the group, they explore, reflect, and progress on the issues that matter to them.
When Is This Approach Most Useful?
- Group coaching is highly effective as a follow-up to training programs. Imagine participants attend a one- or two-day workshop, learn new tools, and begin applying them in their daily work. As they experiment, they experience both successes and setbacks. Group coaching provides space to reflect on these real-life challenges and helps reinforce and anchor the newly acquired skills. For example, after a personal effectiveness training, a few group coaching sessions can significantly support the integration of new tools into everyday practice.
-
As a standalone intervention, group coaching is especially effective in leadership development when the aim is empowerment. It helps leaders shift from advising to developing others, while personally experiencing the impact of trust, autonomy, and shared responsibility. This experiential shift makes the mindset change tangible — and sustainable.
-
Group coaching strengthens key interpersonal competencies such as active and empathetic listening, clear verbalization of empathy, and effective questioning. I have used this approach successfully in developing agile professionals and innovation catalysts — both as a standalone intervention and as follow-up support. In roles where influence, facilitation, and collaboration are essential, these skills are critical for success.
The Method Creates Impact on Multiple Levels
- The case presenter makes tangible progress on their topic.
- Best practices are shared across the group.
- Interpersonal skills develop naturally through the process.
- Participants realize they are not alone with their challenges.
-
They experience the strength of a supportive and holding environment.
Team coaching
Team coaching is a complex, high-impact process that enables teams to operate at a higher level of performance.
This elevated level of functioning may show up in measurable business outcomes — such as more reliable delivery, stronger customer satisfaction, or improved performance metrics — as well as in a healthier team climate. During the team coaching process, we address the topics where the team needs to move forward and replace unhelpful patterns and dynamics with ones that enable progress and performance.
We have led numerous team coaching processes, both as internal and external coaches. Teams typically come to team coaching with challenges such as:
- Prolonged conflicts within the team, where clear fault lines emerge — sometimes splitting the team into opposing sides — and the members are unable to bridge the divide on their own.
- Ongoing underperformance, where results consistently fall short of expectations and the root causes remain unaddressed.
- In executive teams, a lack of genuine peer-level support and alignment among leaders.
- High turnover within the team, with difficulty integrating and retaining new members.
- Multilingual teams where language differences complicate collaboration, limit effectiveness, and require conscious solutions.
Beyond coaching teams in real organizational settings, we also train team coaches — both in open-enrollment programs and in-house formats.
Team coaching is a true passion for us because of its complexity, the impact it creates, and its spontaneity.
Skills development and training
We bring thousands of days of hands-on skill development experience. The competencies we have developed include:
- Classic training topics such as conflict management and communication skills development.
- Leadership development areas including giving and receiving feedback, handling difficult situations, facilitation skills, emotional intelligence, and adopting a coaching mindset.
- We also support leaders in navigating turbulent times — exploring what kind of leadership behavior and communication are most effective in uncertainty and change.
- We train and support agile professionals — including Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Chapter Leads — to help them perform their roles with greater impact and confidence.
- We develop essential 21st-century capabilities such as systems thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
A significant part of our portfolio focuses on training development professionals themselves — including coach training, group and team coach training, facilitator development, and organizational development practitioners.
Organizational development
Organizational development is a complex, multi-level, and coordinated intervention that simultaneously impacts processes, people across different organizational levels, culture, relationships, and the standards that shape everyday operations. Its purpose is to increase organizational effectiveness and ensure sustainable, high-quality performance.
Over the past years, we have contributed to more than 30 organizational development initiatives. We support culture transformation, large-scale change processes, the introduction of new values, the launch of greenfield operations, and the creation of internal structures such as internal coaching communities, mentor teams, and trainer or facilitator networks.
We work confidently with diverse methodologies — from measurement tools and Assessment/Development Centers to change management, workshops, team coaching, and personality-based frameworks (e.g. Thomas DISC, Profiles XT, MTQ).
Workshop design and facilitation
With over 100 workshop designs delivered in recent years — for groups ranging from 20 to 200 participants — we bring extensive facilitation experience across online and in-person formats. Our workshops have addressed engagement, strategic alignment, planning, best-practice exchange, and innovation processes where new solutions were co-created and operationalized. We facilitate confidently in both Hungarian and English.

How Our Clients and Alumni See Us
Tamara helped me get more decisive under uncertainty and more effective in cross-team alignment.
I worked with Tamara for several months during a leadership transition. She has a rare mix of calm presence and sharp structure: you feel supported, but you also leave every session with clarity and concrete next steps.

Tamara and I worked together a lot a few years ago. I took part in her facilitation training, which I really enjoyed because, on the one hand, she struck a great balance between theory and practice, and on the other hand, she structured every element of the training so that it wasn't just the material presented that taught us, but also the situations that arose during the learning process. The current dynamics of the participants were also part of the curriculum.

I have seen lasting, positive change in many key areas of my work.
After being with Amazon almost six years in different positions I got the chance to meet Tamara and benefit from her outstanding coaching skills. In overall six sessions we went through different topics covering the areas of people and stakeholder management as well as time management.
