Although I have been working on team development for years, during the Co-Create TeamCoach Camp, I not only learned new theories, but we were also able to immediately try ourselves out as team coaches in a corporate environment, while the trainers helped us in the background with constant attention and encouraging feedback, supporting us in discovering the team coach within ourselves and bringing out the best team coach in us.

As a training leader, Tami created an inclusive space of trust with us, where professional questions and potential obstacles were given just as much attention as constructive feedback. What we learned in the theoretical part could be put into practice almost immediately, which made me feel like I was invited to participate in an experiment where I could only grow, not fail.

During the nine months of training, I gained in-depth theoretical knowledge, solid practical experience, lots of good practices, and lessons learned from challenging situations.
